Day 1

I guess I have done ok, for a last minute, spur of the moment, start of a diet. I have eaten today...

2 cups of coffee, with cream and sugar
3 cans of Dr. Pepper (way better than my usual 5 or 6 a day)
3 big gulp size cups of water (may have 1 more before the end of the day)
a slim fast drink
1 left over barbque rib
1/2 a serving of chicken parmisian with mozarella and sauce and pasta.

I have worked up a sweat doing....

20 minutes on the stationary bike, with a pretty good resistance on it (still hope to do 10 more minutes)
90 sit ups of various forms...legs up, knee bent elbow cross, etc.
20 pushups
20 side lunges holding medicine ball
20 arm lifting medicine ball over head

Now for when it comes to counting calories, I am using www.sparkpeople.com. I don't know how accurate it is. Same goes for the exercise to calorie burn ratio, or I don't know the correct names for the off the top of my head exercises I do right now. So that being said....

Calorie intake for the day was 2,180. Roughly 600 more than I should have. I went over on carbs and fats also.

Exercise wise, I only did 40 minutes. Burned 264.2 calories, which is over my daily goal. That's a good thing.
